Well, I abused it this summer when I was working on handstand. Then I attempted to jump back the way Sadie Nardini does it, and clearly I do not have the core strength to prevent MAJOR TOE JAM. *rolls eyes at self*

I hurt my toe a decade ago, and have to be really careful coming down from inversions.
