I found my favorite DVD (been missing all week)and did ~30 min of the first session. I have to skip tree pose because I just can't seem to do it in any way that is beneficial or resembles the pose, so usually I substitute the dancer, unless I'm also trying to shorten the time.

Date: 2011-09-16 05:23 pm (UTC)Yoga for Paddlers (http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Paddlers-Andrea-Baldovin-R-Y-T/dp/B004XTN4F2/ref=sr_1_1?s=instant-video&ie=UTF8&qid=1316193671&sr=1-1) was my first ever yoga DVD and while it seems like it would be upper body-centric, I find it to be a good full-body routine. I also like it's tempo and tone for an early morning workout - challenging without being overstimulating at dawn.
