I tried out Denise Austin's Yoga Body Burn this morning. About 45 minutes vigorous flow yoga, followed by about 10 minutes relaxation yoga. Will review soon in a separate post.
Yoga Journal's morning sequence podcast, 25 minutes. Pretty good for opening and stretching, but not as strength-challenging as some others have been. I think if I use that one in the future, I'll want to do another sequence as well.
I'm sure quite a few people here subscribe to Yoga Journal online, but I just thought I'd point out today's article, which is all about practising at home: Home Stretch.
