Yesterday morning as the cool down to my trance dance I did the "slow dance" segment, where the point is to experience the infinite space all around you, discovering how you are not separate from that space.

So, later, I'm leaving the grocery store, and I'm out in the (very large) atrium area, and this group of three people moving roughly together, kind of staggers in, as a group making it almost impossible to do anything but crash into one of them, and my spontaneous thought was, "Jeez, you don't have to *literally* expand to fill the entire universe!

I'm sure this means I need a little more time seeking inner stillness.

*snickers anyway*

Hee! I think my friend and I were behind that same group at the movies a couple of weeks ago. I guess I need to work on inner stillness, too. :)
