Inspired by this post, I decided to do yoga first thing this morning when I woke up. I did 25 min of Rodney Yee's A.M. Yoga for Your Week hip openers practice, 10 min of child's pose and legs up the wall pose, 11 min of Kathryn Budig's Aim True Yoga beginner's practice, and 21 min of Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners energizing practice.

After an hour of yoga, I definitely feel like I need to eat breakfast! How is everyone else doing today?
