If you're developing your own yoga routine (as well as or instead of working from DVDs/podcasts/books), how do you go about it?

Do you do the same thing every day, or vary it? How do you decide what to include, and how to order it? Do you try to practice at the same time every day?

I've been stumbling my way through this as my morning practice develops, but I'd be fascinated to know how other people approach it and what works for you.
