.... This is sort of like that library with kittens. I could never go because I would graduate to crazy cat lady after four visits.

I find I usually have to deny our cats access to the room when I do yoga at home. Otherwise they'll try to play with the mat, or sit where I need to put various bodypart (or am in danger of collapsing heavily on to). Cute pictures, but I do wonder if maybe the cats aren't rather a hindrance.

To be serious, I agree that yoga practice is often hindered by feline "assistance". *g*

(The cat helping with the standing forward bend is especially impressive. )

On the other hand, as an occasional thing, I think it can be good to introduce some playfulness, and in this case share one's practice with some bendy-spined guests who don't care even slightly how perfect one's poses are.
