I find I usually have to deny our cats access to the room when I do yoga at home. Otherwise they'll try to play with the mat, or sit where I need to put various bodypart (or am in danger of collapsing heavily on to). Cute pictures, but I do wonder if maybe the cats aren't rather a hindrance.
