Birthday Oms
Went to vinyasa this morning, and mentioned to the instructor that my birthday is this week.
At the end of class, she told everyone that what she likes to do, when she knows its someone's birthday, is to Om the birthday person.
So, she had me get into savasana, and had everyone in class (who wanted to) sit around me and do several rounds of Om.
It was really awesome.
