Exactly. Getting good original or refresher instruction on really good form. Actually, one of the great strengths of Rodney Yee's Power Yoga Total Body is that he gives really good instruction on form, similar to the instruction on this DVD. And while he doesn't hold the postures as long, he does tend to do each posture at least twice, so in many ways, all the benefits of a vinyasa session, with many of the benefits of excellent instruction. Shiva Rea, who I love, certainly doesn't tend to instruct at this level.
