A pathetic 10 minutes or so of toning. It is a sad day in fitness for me! *iz sad* I guess this means yoga, as practiced by me, is not enough abs workout! Or possibly I need to be doing my yoga more regularly. In the past month I had a nearly two week break.

You can see that community creation was in my own self-interest! :D
