Hot yoga

Our AC is struggling, keeping the house cool, but not *really* cool.

Yesterday and today, yoga was done at 79 degrees.

I sweated yesterday, doing Fluid Power.

Did MTV Power today, and yet again, it proved it's superior ability to make me sweat. Water was running down my face like I was sobbing. My mat was so wet, it was soaked through to the other side.

I *loved* it, but it did make me pause. What the HECK is it like to do Bikram Hot Yoga at 105 degrees?!

There's a studio opening up in my buidling. They are doing promos with a very inexpensive one week trial membership. I can't realistically exploit a yoga studio on a long term basis - it would interfere too much in my work schedule. But I'm thinking maybe I should do the one week trail just so I can say I've done it.

Anybody out there have experience with Bikram? Thoughts?
